Cancellation Policy
Amazing Grace Nursery Refund Policy Effective Date: September 1, 2023 1. Non-Refundable Payments: All payments for Events, Enrichment sessions, outings and Drop-In Care Services at Amazing Grace Nursery are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be returned, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance. 2. Eligibility for Credits: If you need to cancel a confirmed service reservation, you must submit your cancellation request via email to reserve@playagn.com at least 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off time. If your cancellation request is received within the specified time frame, you will be issued a credit equal to the amount of your original payment. The credit issued can be applied to same service request in the future at Amazing Grace Nursery. 3. Credits are valid for six months from the date they are issued. After six months, any unused credit will expire and cannot be redeemed. Credits issued are non-transferable and can only be used by the child for whom the original reservation was made. Credits cannot be transferred to other children or families. Credits cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other form of monetary value. 4. How to Cancel: To cancel a reservation and request a credit, please email reserve@playagn.com with your reservation details, including the date and time of the scheduled drop-off, and the reason for the cancellation. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation request has been processed. If eligible, a credit will be applied to your account, which you may use for future services. 5. No Refunds for Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If a cancellation request is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled drop-off time, or if your child does not attend the scheduled session without prior notice ("no-show"), no credit or refund will be issued. 6. Policy Amendments: Amazing Grace Nursery reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will apply to all reservations made after the effective date of the policy update.
